How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Check whether the chat system emails a copy automatically. Update your notes when a later message changes the agreed action.
How should I interpret a sample, preview, or demonstration of a product?
Look for any conditions under which the example was prepared. Check whether additional components or arrangements were used in the presentation.
What should I check in an order confirmation?
Check whether the message confirms acceptance or only receipt of your request. Do not assume an error will correct itself without a confirmed update.
